Good Shepherd Aged Services is overseen by a Board of Directors. There are eleven members of the Board of Directors including the Chairperson and Public Officer. Members are appointed for three year terms and serve in a voluntary capacity. Membership includes specialists in the fields of health, law and business management as well as representatives from Sisters of the Good Shepherd. The Board of Directors has a constitution which is overseen by the Sisters of the Good Shepherd Leadership Team.
