The Relatives and Friends Meeting aims to enhance outcomes for residents by involving and actively providing relatives and friends with a communication avenue that reflects collaborative approaches to resident centered care.

This will facilitate the facility to achieve best possible health outcomes and wellness for all residents by ensuring quality of care, whilst maintaining and constantly improving collaboration through dissemination of information between all stakeholders.

This will assist to further facilitate ongoing collaborative relations between staff, relatives and friends.
