What are the Fees and Charges?

Fees

Fees charged are according to the guidelines laid down by the Department of Health and Ageing and will depend upon the financial status of a person, and if they are a full pensioner, part pensioner or self funded retiree.

All residents pay a daily basic fee. Fees are charged a month in advance.

Accomodation Payments

Accomodation payments are a contribution to the cost of your accomodation. The two types of accomodation payments are accomodation bonds and accomodation charges .
