Salary Packaging is available to all permanent staff after satisfactory completion of a probationary period. To be eligible for Salary Packaging permanent staff must work a minimum of six shifts or thirty hours per pay fortnight.
Good Shepherd Aged Services employs staff under innovative Collective Agreements which offers many benefits over and above the award conditions.
